Cate West: The Vanishing Files - Wii game with suspense

Wii games have another addition in the world of investigation and crime solving. Cate West: The Vanishing Files makes you go around to various locations around the city looking for clues to solve the problem in the various numbers of missions here. Each location presents you with a cluttered image and charges you to find items from a list.

With regards to the language, there is little use of non-american English that might confuse the wide range of gamers a bit. There are some visual problems that you will need to tackle that show the lack of care taken when designing the games’s missions. However, the other hints that a mission might provide allow you to find the clues and the criminal faster, eventually going to their hideout as you catch them.

This game is something that might remind of you other popular games in this genre. Also, there will be some control issues that might irritate you as you try on clicking on the clues and other objects on the TV screen. This game, overall, does not have much of depth and interesting matter. However, with the mental powers of the protagonist, you might find it a little different from the other crime solving games around.

On the whole, this game provides you with good amount of puzzles and crimes to solve. To add to that, the lack of depth and the control issues make this Wii game not completely satisfying.
